A3SONE is designed with privacy-by-design at its core. This policy details what information we ingest, how we isolate customer data, and your compliance rights.
1. Information We Collect
A3SONE collects data required to maintain secure enterprise accounts: administrative account credentials, business billing files, employee logs (for payroll and scheduling), customer invoicing metadata, and transaction database values uploaded by your authorized users.
2. How We Use Data
We utilize processed database entries solely to maintain operational systems: computing general ledgers, processing payroll schedules, calculating supply-chain stock requirements, generating financial forecasting charts, and verifying user identity limits.
3. AI Processing & Tenant Isolation
A3SONE embeds AI models to forecast cash reserves and flag discrepancies. Your database runs on isolated schema structures. Financial data from your tenant database partition is never aggregated with, shared with, or used to train public machine-learning models or other client instances. Custom model training is isolated to your private tenant partition.
5. Data Storage & Security Measures
Data is housed in secure servers matching ISO 27001 standards. All data is protected via TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Enterprise accounts can specify data residency regions (e.g., India datacenters or EU partitions) to align with national regulatory boundaries.
7. User Rights & Data Export
Administrators retain full export rights over corporate databases. You can download complete ledger sheets, payroll lists, and stock logs via secure API calls or CSV downloads at any time. Accounts requesting closure will have their tenant data permanently purged from active systems within 30 days.
8. Sub-Processor Disclosure
A3SONE utilizes cloud infrastructure providers (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud) and transactional email providers (e.g. Brevo) to serve application code and transmit transaction emails. All sub-processors are bound by strict data processing addendums (DPA).
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect regulatory revisions. Active administrators will be notified of material changes via direct operational notifications 30 days prior to policy changes.
