Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the A3SONE cloud database environment. These terms establish the legal parameters of your subscription.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, running a trial sandbox, or executing an enterprise order form with A3SONE TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter 'A3SONE'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have authority to bind the entity.
2. Description of Service
A3SONE provides an AI-powered Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform served as a cloud application. The service includes ledger management, inventory synchronization, payroll computations, sourcing approvals, and automated operational forecasting.
3. Account Registration & Responsibilities
Users must register using a verified business email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Role-based access controls (RBAC) configured by your administrators determine authorization levels; A3SONE is not liable for data actions taken by your authorized users.
4. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation
SaaS subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual cycle based on chosen plans. Standard plans are governed by the listed pricing tables. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 14 days prior to the cycle end. All charges are exclusive of statutory taxes (e.g. GST in India).
5. Data Ownership & Customer Content
You retain all intellectual property rights and ownership of corporate data uploaded to the A3SONE instance. A3SONE holds no ownership rights over your transactional or customer ledger content. You grant A3SONE a limited license to host and process this data solely to provide the services.
6. AI Feature Usage & Limitations
A3SONE embeds machine-learning models to forecast stock levels, cash flows, and detect budget anomalies. You acknowledge that AI-generated insights are advisory projections. A3SONE does not guarantee financial, legal, or operational results. Final operational and credit authorization decisions remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Service Availability & Support SLA
A3SONE maintains a 99.9% uptime SLA for standard tiers, and 99.99% for Enterprise tiers running on isolated database tenants. Scheduled maintenance is executed during weekend windows (Saturday 10:00 PM – Sunday 4:00 AM IST) with 48-hour prior notice.
8. Data Migration & Onboarding
A3SONE provides guided data ingestion tools. While our AI models inspect historical files to identify data formatting anomalies, the customer is responsible for verifying the completeness and accuracy of all imported database records before system go-live.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall A3SONE be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits arising out of system downtime or data errors. Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the customer in the 6 months prior to the claim.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
